DVE has done several projects for us at ACU Student Administration, one major project and several smaller targeted pieces of work. DVE have been engaging and timely in their responses, they are thorough and provided me with regular progress updates. We were able to build a better understanding of our pain points across processes and make significant improvements after the DVE review, analysis and recommendation for improvement process.

We undertook a change in our service delivery model, and needed support to re-align people and processes to create a student-facing ‘Hub’. Staff needed to be brought together from different Schools to form a new team, and we needed to coordinate this with other service providers in the University. DVE worked to clarify processes and support the new service delivery model. They have contributed to a follow-up evaluation to keep the new Undergraduate Hub on track. DVE Business Solutions provided support to QUT in undertaking a departmental review. Through this work, DVE were found to be highly efficient and attentive with an excellent grasp of the subject matter, in addition to a thorough understanding of the stakeholder groups and context within which the department operates.

DVE Business Solutions has assisted ClinEdSA in improving a number of systems for health profession student clinical placement administration in South Australia. DVE’s expertise in process mapping has assisted ClinEdSA to clarify the clinical placement recruitment and allocation process, roles and responsibilities of education providers and host organisations, and the management of associated documentation for both high level and operational clinical placement administration…

Working with DVE was a delight. They brought a structured, clear approach and worked collaboratively with our team which was a big plus for us. The project was to build consistency and scalability into our placement system with a target of 150 new placement positions for 2018. This was well and truly achieved with DVE finding our efficiency’s and streamlining our system. By August 2018, we have already far exceeded our target with 260 placement positions.

DVE has provided Project Management, Database Development and Process and Business Process Change Management support to our Division of Health Sciences at the University of South Australia In particular they have helped us improve both strategy and business processes around the clinical education area of our education practices. They have always been extremely end user focused, clear about what will be delivered and reliable in delivering what was agreed.

The DVE team ensured our project was kept on track and we achieved our outcomes. We have reduced our costs by a third and increased our volume of research projects by 50%! This has made a substantial difference to the profitability of the unit and ensured ongoing sustainability for the future. DVE’s ability to engage easily with our staff and understand our business needs was an important success factor throughout this project and I would not hesitate in recommending DVE where improvements to efficiency and commercial viability are required.
