DVE Business Solutions provided support to QUT in undertaking a departmental review. Through this work, DVE were found to be highly efficient and attentive with an excellent grasp of the subject matter, in addition to a thorough understanding of the stakeholder groups and context within which the department operates.

We undertook a change in our service delivery model, and needed support to re-align people and processes to create a student-facing ‘Hub’. Staff needed to be brought together from different Schools to form a new team, and we needed to coordinate this with other service providers in the University. DVE worked to clarify processes and support the new service delivery model. They have contributed to a follow-up evaluation to keep the new Undergraduate Hub on track.
