Adelaide, 22 August 2025 - DVE Business Solutions (DVE) today announced that CEO Jo Schneider has been named the winner of the 2025 Fearless Innovator Grant Program. The recognition will accelerate development of Placements Plus, DVE’s product that helps universities strengthen Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and improve placement outcomes for students.

The Fearless Innovator Grant Program – delivered by Women in Innovation and the Fearless Females Network in partnership with the Department of State Development – celebrates women-led ventures shaping South Australia’s future. This year’s awards night was held at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide, where funding from the program, totalling $120,000, was awarded to visionary female founders.

DVE’s  Placements Plus enables institutions to manage the end-to-end placement lifecycle – student readiness and compliance, site matching, scheduling, communication, and dashboards for students, supervisors, and administrators – reducing administrative overhead while improving visibility and student outcomes.
