This case study outlines how DVE supported the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) to prepare for TEQSA re-registration through a comprehensive Governance and Compliance Health Check. By identifying governance, compliance, and evidence gaps early and providing practical, expert recommendations, DVE helped strengthen institutional self-assurance and readiness. The outcome was successful re-registration by TEQSA for the maximum seven-year period with no conditions.
